The researcher has also adopted the experimental methodology for its convenience with the nature of this research. (15) players were excluded as (8) of them were dedicated for explorative experiment, (4) of them for not being abound to exercise units ,and (3) were goalkeepers.Įquivalence and consistency between both groups were achieved regarding variables such as ( age, height, weight ) as well as basic skills variables that have been identified by experts and specialists. They were intentionally chosen and randomly distributed into two experimental groups, in a number of (10 ) players for each group. The sample consisted of (35) players aged between ( 16-19 ) years old. So, the experiment was performed on sample of young players in Al-Hadba'a club. The researcher has adopted the empirical methodology for its convenience with the Significant differences were shown between the results of post-tests in certain skillful variables of young soccer players in post-test in favor of the first group which applied the intensity ( 40 % - 60 % ) of the maximum value.Significant differences were shown between pre-test and post test in certain basic skills variables of the two experimental groups in favor of post-tests.has established the following hypothesis : To verify the research objectives, the researcher. The denotation of statistical differences in some skillful variables of young soccer. The effect of applying the force exercise characterized by speed with weights on certainīasic skills variables of young soccer players of the two experimental groups. The research aims at revealing the following :
